In Macau's streets, two pedicab drivers, Lo Tung and Malted Candy, fall for women trapped in exploitative circumstances: Ping, a baker under her lecherous boss, and Hsaio Tsui, a prostitute controlled by her cruel madam. The friends must navigate the city's underbelly to win their hearts and free them from oppression.
