When Emiliano Zapata's demands for land reform are dismissed by corrupt President Porfirio Díaz, he must unite with Pancho Villa and Francisco Madero to overthrow the regime, but as each new government proves just as corrupt, Zapata remains driven by his commitment to redistributing land to the peasants, even at the cost of his own life.
