As the 1944 Warsaw Uprising unfolds, underground fighter Stefan must navigate love triangles and brutal reality when he joins forces with nurse Ala and fellow rebel Kama to fight against the German occupying force, but as war rages on and bodies pile up, Stefan's own humanity is tested.
