When a mischievous cat (Tom) and clever mouse (Jerry) are forced apart by their strict housekeeper (Mammy Two Shoes), they must put aside their differences to survive and even have fun together, but when Tom betrays Jerry for a reward, it sets off a chain reaction that exposes the darker side of their playful friendship.
